ABOUT THE OWNERS
Anthony Buttacavole & Joseph Koesel
Founders and Owners of Dependable Home Watch Services of the Desert, LLC.
Anthony and Joseph moved to the Coachella Valley from New York City in the summer of 2018 after being regular visitors to the Palm Springs area for the last ten years. In 2012, they purchased a property in Cathedral City knowing they wanted to move to there in the future. They immediately understood what it meant to have a vacant property thousands of miles away and not having anybody to look after it. They hired a property manager who quickly rented the house so it would be occupied. When Anthony & Joseph visited the Palm Springs area after the purchase of the home, they always scheduled and conducted a home inspection to assure it was being taken care of by the tenants. When they finally moved to their home in Cathedral City, they knew there was a market for a Home Watch service in the Coachella Valley and formed the company “Dependable Home Watch Services of the Desert". They also understand all the different issues that can arise with a home in the desert and understand problems have to be resolved sooner than later.
Anthony and Joseph want to provide the best Home Watch service to the full and part time residents of the Coachella Valley, so when they come back to their home in the desert, they will have peace of mind their home is being watched by a company that cares.”
As a couple, Anthony and Joseph have been together for 20 years and are married for 11 years. At one point they owned and managed multiple properties in the New York City area for investment purposes. When it was time to move to the Coachella Valley, they and their two dogs, Peanuts and Bello, drove cross-country to their home in Cathedral City. After being here for almost a year now, they felt they need to offer a Home Watch Service to the part-time and full-time residents of the Coachella Valley. Based on their prior job experience and careers, as well as, their life experience, Anthony and Joseph will knowingly provide the best Home Watch Service in the Coachella Valley.
Anthony has been working in Corporate America for the last 35 years. The last 20 years he worked as a successful Facility/Property/Hospitality Manager for a large International Bank in New York City before making the decision to move to the Coachella Valley with his family.
Anthony also studied business management at the College of Staten Island. Anthony is warm, responsive, trustworthy and sincere, taking pride in everything he does. His vibrant and exuberant personality, and enthusiasm for life, is evident in his work. Everyone in his work and personal life is inspired by his integrity and dedication.
Joseph also had a very successful 30 year career working for various financial institutions in New York City and New Jersey areas. His last position reined 26 years in the Operation/Customer Service management for a large Financial Institution.
He also was President of two HOA’s for over 10 years in Staten Island, NY where he managed the property with care and honesty. Joe’s integrity in both his work and personal life is kept at the highest level at all times. He is responsive and cares about everything he does, like it is his own. He loves dealing with people and always has suggestions to remedy any issue or problem.
