Concierge Services
At Dependable Home Watch Services of the Desert, we realize many of our clients need more than the average home watch service. We want to make things easier for you, so we offer an extensive list of concierge service items that go above and beyond the expectations of our clients.
We do it all, from forwarding your mail, purchasing groceries, house cleaning and starting your car, for example. We want you to know we can tailor any request and provide you with the best service possible.
Waiting Services - Meet with Contractors/Utility Company/Deliveries/Family Members/Handyman/etc *
We will provide access for deliveries, vendors, contractors and maintenance services at your request. We stay with them until they leave and assure the house is secured when we leave.
Mail Services *
We will hold mail or forward if requested
Car/Golf Cart Inspection *
Inspect, start and/or drive your car to assure it is ready for your arrival. Other services include Once a month we will run your vehicle and/or Golf Cart for 10 minutes.
Emergency services *
If you would like emergency response services please notify your alarm company that Dependable Home Watch Services of the Desert, LLC is a keyholder and not a security company. As such, we will respond to alarm notifications in a timely fashion as scheduling permits. Service call charges included property inspection after alarm notification and re-arming system. Owner will be notified if there are any visible signs of intrusion or damage, and will be sent an email report.
Opening Services *
Coming back home and need your home ready? We will take care of this for you by turning on electrical breakers if necessary, raise temperature on water heater, turn on ice maker, plug in electrical items, adjust temperature of HVAC system to required temperature, open blinds, freshen toilets. Contact cleaning service if requested.
Exterior Services *
If necessary we will assure your trash bins are taken in/out.
Welcome Home Package *
Our team will go grocery shopping before your arrival to your home. We will pick up the necessities ( you can provide the list) you will need when you arrive so you do not have to do it.
Closing Services *
Need to leave in a rush? No worries we will empty perishables from the refrigerator, empty and turn off icemaker, close blinds, set HVAC systems to agreed/recommended setting, unplug electrical items, lower temperature on water heater, unplug washer/dryer, bring in trash containers and check security of windows and doors. Contract cleaning service, if required.
Key Management: *
Store and release keys to approved persons per owners written permission. We securely hold and deliver a set (or two) of your keys in the event you or a guest/family member need them.
Post Storm/Natural Event inspections: *
Dependable Home Watch Services of the Desert, LLC will send out an alert email if there is an earthquake, sandstorm or other natural disaster in the area. At your request we will check on your home to assess the damage and assure that your property is secured and safe. As such we will respond to the request in a timely fashion and as scheduling permits. Owner will be notified immediately if there are any signs of damage or loss including digital photos of damage.
Other Services:
Other services are provided upon request, please do not hesitate to ask.
We are very accommodating and can for fill most requests. In the rare case we cannot make it happen, we can refer to one of our partners who will be able to assist with your request. For your peace of mind we will be with them every step of the way and will assure you home is secured after they leave.
